Department 7 Symbol: Transformation & Development
Department 7 is the Transformation and Development Department, which has three main commissions:
Commission A: School Structure Transformation
Focusing on School Structure Transformation, including mergers between schools, BOT/Acquisition by school foundations, corporations, or individuals, as well as changing school types to Vocational Schools (SMK), vocational, or non-formal.
Commission B: Christian School Economic Transformation
Handling Christian School Economic Transformation, which involves school asset empowerment, school financial remodeling, and donor matching.
Commission C: MPK Economic Transformation
Responsible for MPK Economic Transformation, with the task of building MPK business units, creating revenue streams for MPK, and making investments/JV.
