The spirit of continuously improving the quality of Christian education in Indonesia has driven the National Board of Christian Education (MPK) Indonesia to strengthen synergy with various strategic partners at national and global levels. This commitment was realized through a meeting between MPK Indonesia and the leadership of ACSI Global from the United States (USA).
The series of meetings began on Sunday evening, September 6, 2026, with a dialogue between the General Chairman of MPK Indonesia, Handi Irawan D., along with several MPK Indonesia board members and the leaders of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Global. The discussions then continued on Monday, September 7, 2026, until the afternoon at the MPK Indonesia Office, 6th floor, Slipi Tower, Jakarta.
On this occasion, the ACSI Global leaders also visited the ACSI Indonesia Office, located at the same site as the MPK Indonesia Office. This visit served as a momentum to tighten institutional relations and strengthen communication and coordination in the development of Christian education services in Indonesia.
The meeting discussed several strategic agendas that had been prepared, namely PSI, PAUD 1000, the BerKaT Task Force, and ACSI's role as an accreditation body. All discussions were directed toward program strengthening, service quality improvement, and capacity building for Christian schools to ensure they are capable of meeting the evolving needs and challenges of education.
Under the leadership of Handi Irawan D., MPK Indonesia continues to promote targeted, relevant, and impact-oriented collaboration. This meeting is part of the effort to align visions while refining the collaboration already established between MPK Indonesia and ACSI.
This synergy is expected to strengthen the capacity of foundations and education providers, enhance the competence of school leaders and teachers, and deliver a quality education process that is character-driven and based on Christian values.
Through an expanding network and increasingly solid collaboration, MPK Indonesia reaffirms its commitment to continue being a driver of Christian education transformation and providing a real contribution to the progress of education and the development of the Indonesian nation.
