BALI – As a concrete follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Council of Christian Education (MPK) in Indonesia and the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI), MPK sent an official delegate to the FGBMFI World Convention 2026 held in Bali from August 13–15, 2026. MPK Indonesia was represented by Rev. Fu Kwet Khiong, M.A., Board Member of Department IV: MPK Partnership in Indonesia.
This year's world convention carried the theme “One Fire, One Vision for Acceleration,” a theme deemed highly relevant to the direction of the MPK-FGBMFI partnership: moving from the MoU signing phase towards tangible collaboration that accelerates the transformation of Christian education in Indonesia.
Throughout the convention, the MPK delegate observed a strong convergence between FGBMFI's vision of building marketplace leaders with integrity and national impact, and MPK's calling to prepare generations through Christian education.

The theme ‘One Fire, One Vision for Acceleration’ is highly relevant to our current needs, which is to move from MoU towards tangible collaboration that accelerates the transformation of Christian education,” said Rev. Fu Kwet Khiong.
Several strategic collaboration opportunities between MPK and FGBMFI identified from this convention include:
- Strengthening networks between regional Councils of Christian Education (MPKW) and FGBMFI chapters throughout Indonesia;
- Mentoring of Christian school leaders by professionals and entrepreneurs;
- Collaboration between schools and the business world;
- Development of entrepreneurship and youth leadership;
- Support and empowerment for Christian schools in need.
Amidst the convention's events, the MPK delegate also had the opportunity to meet and converse with Mr. Anthony Putirai, Director of FGBMFI World Convention 2026. This meeting served as an introduction for MPK and an affirmation of the spirit of service and collaboration to jointly strengthen Christian education in Indonesia.
